The lady said we couldn't use it because the owner Curtis Lewis blocked it in the register. She said we would have to pay for the sub and then be charged for additional meat, although we do not add any additional meat. If that's the case, they have to advertise differently on their coupons.
The women seemed irritated that she was even there very disrespectful and snappy. My sandwich wasn’t even made correctly. the gentleman was playing with a knife, throwing it in the air and catching it. The ice machine dispenser looks to have mold, or something, on the inside of it. The counters looked like they haven’t been cleaned in awhile. The “register” added in a tip without us doing anything on our end. Not a good environment at all.
The absolute rudest place I’ve been to in lubbock. Never experienced such rude workers and absolutely won’t be coming back.
Service was extremely slow. Only 3 people working and vegetables were not stocked during the lunch hour. Almost walked out and went somewhere else. I definitely won't be going back to this location.Food: 4/5
Ordered online and it was not made correctly. I was charged for some of the add-on items even though they were not on the sandwich. The young lady that brought my order out came to my window and asked if it was my order. I responded with my name and she argued the color of my vehicle. Then she handed me the sandwich without saying anything else and threw the receipt from my order in the middle if the parking lot. This is likely one of the worst Subway locations in town.
