I recently visited the Honors Hall Starbucks and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with the service and quality of my drinks. The experience left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my experience through this review.Firstly, I ordered a Tall Strawberry Açaí Refresher without ice, and I was informed that there would be some room in the cup due to the absence of ice. However, when I received the drink, it was noticeably less than what I was told. Not only that, but the drink seemed poorly prepared, as it was evident that it had not been shaken properly. Additionally, to my dismay, it completely lacked the strawberry pieces that are supposed to be an integral part of the beverage. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for the standard recipe was highly disappointing.To make matters worse, on another occasion, I simply asked for a larger-sized Venti or Trenta water. However, I was informed that they could only provide me with a tall-sized cup. Fine, I thought, I 'll just take four tall waters then. But the girl at the register had a visibly annoyed look on her face, which already created a negative atmosphere. As if that wasn 't enough, when passing the cups to her coworker, she made a rude comment in a condescending manner, saying, They 're all waters. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the staff.As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and quality when visiting a Starbucks location, and unfortunately, the Honors Hall Starbucks failed to meet those expectations. The lack of attention to detail in preparing my drink and the rude and dismissive behavior of the staff left me with a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally.I hope that Starbucks management takes this review seriously and addresses the issues at the Honors Hall location. Customers should be treated with respect and receive the products they order, prepared with care and adherence to the standard recipe. I sincerely hope that my experience was an anomaly and that future customers will have a more pleasant visit.
Everytime I am there, there is no coffee. I order black coffee and I can never get it.
If they’re not out of food, they’re out of coffee beans, milk, and any possible liquid product. If they’re not out of coffee, they’re out of any product with the word “calorie” associated with it. Please fix your supply chain.
