Sonic Drive-in - Lubbock

Ordered breakfast this morning with my son. My order had an extra ingredient i did not ask for. i mean, when i say i want a sausage and egg croissonic sandwich and a orange juice, did you see anything about me mentioning any cheese in there?? i mean come on people, pay attention to what your customers are ordering. everytime i go there, there is always an issue with my order. i only went there because the clinic i went for appointment was the next block down and my son was hungry. sonic, please, please tell your employees to listen carefully to the customers orders. tia good thing about this time is, they were actually nice about it and the bellhop was very apologetic about the whole issue. other times there are NOT.

The employees at this milk location are incredibly friendly. Excellent service is a definite bonus for me, paired with delicious fast food, I have no complaints. Keep up the good work, everyone!

The service could have been a bit friendlier, but the restaurant was bustling during HAPPY hour.

I typically order the number 2 combo meal, and sometimes I add a hot fudge ice cream sundae to go with it. The food is consistently good.

Every time I ask for honey mustard sauce they never put any. I asked if they put some in my bag and they said yes. Got home lookin in my bag and there was any sauce. You’re employed need to be Disciplined.
