Slim Chickens - Lubbock

I’ll start by saying I’ve never had a major problem here. This time however the food was sub par. My wife’s chicken strips were fine but my sandwich was room temperature at best. The fries were cold and tasted like they were left over from yesterday. Hungry enough i still ate them but was very disappointed with this visit.

Enjoyed the food and quick service! I asked for two sauces for the classic meal… expect to get charged for the second sauce even if they do not mention it.

Just finished my meal! Ordered on the app and it was ready when I arrived. Very fresh and delicious. Izzy was friendly to me and was quick to change the beverage that was out at the fountain for me. Jason assisted me with carrying my drinks (I had a large order) and opening the door for me. Extremely pleased with my experience at this location today! Amazing customer service gets me every time.

Waited forever to get the food after paying 30$ for 2 people and it wasn't good I'm sorry

Even though they said my name was Paige, the food was awesome and the staff was very nice.
