Red Lobster Lubbock

Needs a update and major cleaning! Fried food in admirals plate mushy crust! Server was excellent but food slow to cone out.

This is the worst Red Lobster I've ever been to. We only chose it because we could get on wait list on a busy Saturday night as we were traveling through. Other restaurants were min to hr wait. Now I know why there was no wait.

The restaurant smells awful! Clean the beer taps, coke machines etc. smells like mildew! Wait for food forever waitress said steak got burned ordered medium rare still got over cooked not even any pink inside. Needs a good cleaning floor to ceiling and a update! Told people my son wanted to go for his birthday most people could not remember the last time if at all they had ate there! It was empty !

We made a reservation at didn't get Re table until Are food was cold I had a baked potatoes it had no butter. I asked for butter it never came my son had lobster they didn't buy anything to get the lobster out. If we wanted drinks they brought those I took my mom for her birthday because that's were she wanted to go.

It took over minutes to get shrimp. When food came out it was ice cold. Sever substitute what was ordered and made it more expensive
