Raider Burrito - Lubbock

The Mexican food at this restaurant was truly delicious and authentic. We all enjoyed our tacos, especially the carnitas which many of us agreed were the best. The staff had thick accents and limited English, so be prepared for that. The menu was handwritten on a chalkboard. We sat outside where we could see the food being cooked. Sauces, napkins, and drinks were available inside. It may be a hole in the wall restaurant, but the food was great and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back again.

This is the worst restaurant ever! I placed an order over the phone and when my husband went to pick it up, they claimed they had no record of it. A staff member then gave us two small baby barbacoa street tacos instead of the burritos we requested, and a small queso instead of the large chips and queso we ordered. When we called to complain, the manager was very rude and refused to correct our order. It was extremely poor service with not just one, but three mistakes. When we finally received our order, they had given us street tacos instead of burritos and a small queso.

They have the best street tacos and burritos! to eat one of my favourites!

I came here this morning for breakfast burritos, and while their tacos are great, their burritos are just not up to par anymore.

If I could marry my burrito I would. I’ve never had a bad meal here and I eat here. It’s like $9 for a meal and it’s so good!!
