Panda Express - Lubbock

I had a fantastic time having lunch with my dad at this great spot. The orange and teriyaki chicken with fried rice was delicious!

The food was enjoyable, however, the restaurant was extremely unclean. I observed numerous staff members running around the dining area without attending to any cleaning duties. Each table was also dirty. Despite there being 9 employees, none of them took the initiative to clean the dining area. The men's restroom was particularly gross. I will not be returning to this establishment. Overall rating: "F" Food: 3/5.

On Saturday night at 7:30 pm, the restaurant was understaffed and overwhelmed with customers. Despite the chaos, the staff did a fantastic job. The chefs were working quickly, the front counter team was staying calm and efficient, and overall, the entire crew was amazing. Kudos to the restaurant for hiring such a great team! Thank you!

My family spent over $50 on a meal at this restaurant, including an additional a la carte dish that cost $11.90 before tax. When we got home, we realized that the containers were not even half full, so my husband went back to discuss it with the staff. The employee said they are only supposed to fill the containers to 80% capacity and could only add a small amount more. He even mentioned that they were instructed to put less food in the containers recently. This is unacceptable considering the already high prices. It appears that the restaurant is intentionally shortchanging customers, despite their claims of exceptional customer service. It's disappointing that we had to go back just to receive a small portion of what we paid for.

I ordered string bean chicken but received a box of egg rolls instead, even after waiting 15 minutes for the incorrect order. I have been very disappointed with this place on two separate occasions each week.
