Mcdonald's - Lubbock

I will never eat there again, especially after witnessing how the staff prepares my meal. I visited not long ago and had a mobile order ready for pickup. When I arrived, the staff said my order was being processed. I waited, which was fine, but then my food came out and was being packed. The manager picked it up, and a colleague tried to assist. I thought I would have to wait a little longer for a fresh meal—NOPE! The manager casually said, "It's fine to just give it to her; it's in there." Then the colleague realized I was present and pulled a burger that had fallen on the floor out of the bag, asking if it could be remade. I'm 100% certain that if I hadn’t been watching, I would have ended up eating a burger that had been on the ground. This is utterly disgusting, and no manager should ever think it's acceptable to serve food that has fallen on the floor. It's completely wrong in every way.

The former manager was rude and even threw a pen at me through the window. Unfortunately, the new manager wasn't any better. After I was mistakenly charged twice for an order, it took 10 minutes to receive a refund for the incorrect order, and the manager was extremely rude during the process.

The food was takeout. Occasionally, I enjoy observing the surroundings. There seemed to be a lack of consideration, as it felt like I was overhearing a personal conversation. Customer service was lacking. At least the food was served hot. By the way, I was quite generous with my order. Food rating: 4/5.

The meat was literally raw and we tried to call more than 3 times without answer. When she was the lady very rude 0/10 not going to this McDonald. Also no ice was in my drink it was room temp and the frits where very cold on arrival

Just came from taco bell after they refused us service and called us the n word. No complaints here everyone was polite and very fast. 10/10
