King Street Pub - Lubbock

I had to see what all the rave was about. The environment is really great,I would probably go just for that and a drink but their food however was NOT it ! I would suggest you don't anything fried and know sides are very limited. Waitress was kind but was not at all interested to hear any dissatisfaction. My recommendation is pop in have a drink and go enjoy dinner elsewhere.

We will definitely be returning to this restaurant! The ambiance is incredibly calming and the chairs are so comfortable, we just sink in and relax. Our appetizer was tasty and our drinks were spot-on. Both of us ordered burgers and they were excellent! Our waitress was also fantastic, answering all of our questions and being attentive. I can't praise this place enough!

The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere with creative food combinations. The portions are very generous and the coconut cake is delicious. Mary makes the best drinks in town!

We dined at the restaurant on Friday, January 28th at 5:30 pm. The food and service were excellent and prompt. We tried the awake and trout dishes, which were both delicious with generous portion sizes. They were recommended as sides and did not disappoint. It was enjoyable to have a dining experience where conversation could be had alongside the meal. We highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be returning.

My heart feels like a one ton weight has fallen on it. KFMX ran a story that King Street Pub was closing and I just had to go. I was devastated… I first came to eat at KSP in 2018/2019. I was in love <3<3<3 the music, the decor, the food, the drinks, the overall ambience… I ordered The Tikka Masala with chicken each time. Then Covid hit. The Tikka Masala had been taken off for a while and my heart broke. Then they brought it back, I was taking it to go during this time, and I thought all was right in the world… then I got a salary cut and I couldn’t come as often as I had liked and was working all the time. I received the news Monday and I had to stop by, I made the reservation. Josh was my server and was such a delight and attentive(even though I wanted to cry eating my Tikka Masala thinking to myself that it would be the last time I would be eating my favorite dish and drinking these splendid mock tails). Ashley and Mary made my mock tails and I have got to say, they have such talent. They are true mixologist and the top tier of the trade. I wish everyone from KSP the absolute best and I want to thank you for all the wonderful sensory experiences throughout the years. I will miss you all and you cannot be replaced…
