Kfc - Lubbock

KFC needs to shut down this franchise! It's an absolute joke! Every time I visit this location, they never have any chicken available, and they keep promoting Long John Silver's, even though they no longer take orders for it.

Not everyone has lunch at noon; I usually eat mine between 1 and 2 PM. Every time I choose to eat here, the chicken looks like it’s been sitting out since this morning, and the biscuits are always rock hard. It’s convenient since it’s close to my job, but they’ve lost my business for good. Colonel Sanders would be turning in his grave if he knew how poorly his establishment has declined.

The food was disappointing and didn't taste good at all. The chicken was greasy and soggy, and I had to wait 25 minutes for my order. I recommend finding a different place for better food. I'm genuinely concerned about getting sick from what I tried to eat.

It’s 4:05 pm and worker is inside but no one will answer the phone or speaker and doors are locked!

Stopped there food was out imdatly I mean with in seconds this place really should be shut down the food is hrs old the children is dry and the fries are hard and gross gave the dog part of it and she didn't even eat it corporate really should look into this place
