Hill Barbecue - Lubbock

By far the best BBQ area in Lubbock and the surrounding area! The turkey is amazing!

I'll say the reason this doesn't make it onto any Texas top barbecue list is because the deep grills were too lazy to drive from Austin to Lubbock Texas. My wife is not a big grill eater and she said this is the best grill she has ever tasted. The staff here are very friendly and go out of their way to make you understand. It's a little pricey, but you can expect that for what you're the sides over the top. The cream corn, the coleslaw the bean cornbread was all sensational.

Top quality BBQ here! The cheesy papas were rich and smooth! I had the spare ribs that had the perfect consistency with a beautiful peppery rub. Beans were very tasty, too! Highly recommended! Only thing to make it perfect would be a jalapeño with more heat ?

Trailer off road near a school. Good place to grab a bite to eat after visiting winery. Good texas bbq, love the sauce and the potatoes. You can eat outside they have benches.

My husband and I stopped on our way home to this little gem! From the brisket to ribs ....delicious! The seasoned papas were so good too! This will now be our staple BBQ spot!
