Przekaż informację zwrotnąI don 't think the customer service here is good, they are not friendly and does not seem knowledgeable about the orders until I pointed at the menu. I bought 2 boxes of bagels today to bring home . It supposed to be 19 bagels, she did NOT let me pick what flavors i want, and it turned out only 17 when i came home, while I already asked is it 19 in here? The schmear in the little cheap plastic containers, and the bagels were not cut! Definitely not happy!!! Its so convenient to buy here but I may have to try different place next time.
Sadly an experience I hate. Just because your closing is no reason to lose customer service. Next time I try 82 street.
It’s crazy how this place is located in the business admin building yet, not a single person on the staff knows how to run their store. Looking around at each other clueless when i ask for a tub of schmear and then act like they don’t know how to read when i try to just show them the order directly off of my phone.

Farmhouse bagel sandwich with two eggs and smoothie was a delectable breakfast ?? chicken pepper panini was yum also. Can get busy during peak rush times
