Domino's Pizza - Lubbock

Always my way to the place of order! They were once in a terrible lunch break and gave me a free drink for my waiting. Great staff!

It was really warm inside, so much so that I actually turned off the car heater because the pizza kept me warm! I absolutely love this place.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The app kept glitching and sent me back to the start of my order twice, which was frustrating. I must have overlooked a button, so my order ended up being incorrect. While I was waiting for about ten minutes, I noticed the staff just standing around the counter, and I could see everything from the parking lot. A bit of understanding and customer service would have really made a difference. I won't be returning here or to any of their locations. Times are tough, and I don’t want to be treated this way. There are several other pizza places within a mile that are cheaper, so save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

This restaurant always gets my order right, and I truly appreciate that. I ordered three pizzas and a chicken Alfredo dish, and everything was perfect. They always deliver exactly what I request. I've been ordering from this place for about 2 or 3 years now, and I'll definitely keep coming back. I love the staff and the food!

The pizza is usually delicious and their timing is very accurate. Reason I rated low is because if they ever got an order correct it would snow in July. I previously ordered a 24-piece and got home to only find 21 pieces. The slices are usually cut very unevenly and compared to Papa John's just a block away they are kind of skimpy on toppings for the price. Same pizza at Papa John's is 3 to 5 dollars less and has plenty of toppings, enough to discern what kind of pizza you're eating. I do love Domino's Pizza and I hope the store can figure it out because I've ordered 3 different times and every time there's an issue.
