Cracker Barrel - Lubbock

We had a wonderful lunch with our family. Our server, Michael, had five stars on his apron, which was completely appropriate because he delivered five-star service. He was efficient in taking our orders while maintaining a friendly conversation. The food was delicious too!

I visited this restaurant today for the first time in several years and I had low expectations given the current state of the restaurant industry, where customer service often falls short. However, I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted right away upon entering and seated quickly. The wait for our food was minimal, and the waitress, along with the entire staff, was incredibly friendly. The food was even better than I remembered. Although it wasn’t very busy in the middle of the afternoon, I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!
