Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lubbock

About 2pm or 3pm they go away from making togo orders and simply clean and ignore them. I don't understand. why are their customers who order food after 2pm not get their food made?

Compared to other locations, the employees here are rougher and take a much longer time to make their food than other sites do. Not really sure why. everything in all it is a chipotle and if you want to use it, it will do the job. I would still recommend using another location if this option is available

I ordered a burrito with a buck of blows that I like the smallest burrito with nothing on it just huh return. not worth the $10 I spent on it. I called four times, no answer.

I ordered online. when I came home, none of my salad bowls had an salate, and one of the bowls was only half the bowl. I tried to call, but always a busy signal. I paid over $70 for my order. that's so frustrating. I live far back. I will never return to this restaurant. if they order online, they won't.

They didn’t get my order correct! I ordered online and redeemed some points for a side of chips queso. I get my order and when I get home, I had no chips and queso in the bag. It specially even showed on the receipt “chips queso”. When I tried calling the restaurant absolutely no one would answer either. Not a good way to run a business.
