Chicken Express - Lubbock

Arrived Chicken Express 9:21 pm. Ordered 2 #4 with Breast. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I ask what was available now. They offered 3 wings to replace 2 Breast. I said “ give me 4 wings alls Good. The “Young lady on the speaker, said No Deal. Either hire Adults to run your store or at least train them babies. BTW,Chicken Express was one of my Favs. Not any More.We left Chicken Express went to Whataburger. Left a $30 tip because Whataburger knows how to treat their customers.

1 out of 10 times my order is right. Sure wish we had another option in south lubbock for good fried chicken!!!

Bought fish fillet dinner last night. It was cold, greasy and tough! It was like it was left over from lunch

I arrived at the restaurant at 9:33 PM and just got back home. I ordered a number five with chicken livers and another number five with gizzards. Unfortunately, after a long wait, they got my order wrong. I attempted to call to resolve the issue but had no luck. Overall, the food was rated a 1, service a 5, and atmosphere a 2. The price per person was between $20-30 for dinner takeout.
