The food was great and the service was good based on the fact that they only had one person working so it slowed things down quite a bit. It is a smaller location so that was probably the reason why only one person was working.
I was having a bad day and realized I had 15 mins and I could get me a snow cone and made my night better I showed up right at 9:48pm and the person in front of me took a while then it was my turn I ordered she told me what my total was I gave her the exact change and she takes a min then opens up the Window and said the manager Spencer had already closed the register I look at the time and it was 9:55 … what a way to ruin my night they could of taken my cash it was the exact change but I’m assuming Spencer was tired I don’t ever go to this Bahama bucks the one on 50th is way better
I worked here for quite sometime and as much as it’s a fun environment with nice people, it could also be very toxic, stressful and demanding. It’s a minimum wage job (for mainly highschool students), but if you aren’t great with your memory you end up studying like crazy with flash cards and everything, I understand you want your employees to know all the techniques and recipes but there’s no reason it should be this advanced especially (like I said) a Highschool job. At the time I was there my bosses weren’t very personal either, not asking why I was late, because I had gotten very sick, not even really talking to me other than when I put them into a conversation. I believe you should have a good relationship with your boss(es) because how are you able to work cooperatively as a team if not ? Overall I don’t recommend working here but they have great food. My personal favorite is a snickerdoodle BRM snow
Love this location! Rosie is always such a helpful employee. It’s always a pleasure when she’s working. We visit Every time we come to town. The snocones are nice too. :
