Arby's - Lubbock

Food was very fresh and they gave good portions. They gave me the wrong drink and for got my sauce that I asked for. Small mistakes. Overall the people were friendly and the food was fresh so that was a win.

Wednesday's 2 for $6 French Dip w Swiss was excellent. The buns were fresh, soft, and warm. They were great with the beef and swiss cheese. The au jus topped it all off perfectly. Added a side of Arby's curly fries and a Dr. Pepper to create a fast, cheap, filling, hard to beat lunch. I will definitely be back. The only problem is that I really wanted a nap after lunch instead of going back to work.

Excellent food, shakes and customer service. I ordered my sandwich bread free and was asked if it was due to allergies so they knew if they needed to change gloves in the kitchen before making my food. That was so appreciated!

I've always loved arbys and the staff at the new arbys on 82nd st. The ppl are. always so cool and professional and nice a.f.So I got food there the other night and the next day ,omg,had a terrible stomach ache and was throwing up.. needless To say cant go back there anymore. Thanks

Food was good. Had roastbeef and crinkle fries. I do like the crinkle better than curries. Service was prompt. The only issue was we had a coupon and the cashier couldn't find it in the system and didn't ask for help so we just paid full.
