My wife and I came here for our anniversary and had high expectations based on other reviews. We were promptly greeted and offered a table, but opted for a booth with no issue. Despite being busy at 7pm, it still felt like we had our own space. Our waiter was attentive but not overly talkative, which was fine with me as I was hungry. The food exceeded our expectations. My wife loved her salad, commenting on how it was hard to find a good one at other restaurants. I indulged in the steak finger plate and burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was cooked perfectly with a thick sourdough bun, and the sweet potato waffle fries had a unique flavor that I enjoyed. The steak fingers were reminiscent of a great spot in Andrew's, TX. Despite the fries being a bit oily and soggy, they were homemade and delicious. Gravy helped cut the oiliness. The restaurant also has Sonic-style ice, which my wife loves. We would definitely return and recommend trying the food, enjoying the atmosphere, and watching a game on the TVs while dining.

Don't come here past 11 if you want breakfast. We showed up at 10:45 a.m. on a Sunday after going to 2 other places where the wait was too long. They sat us at a table and didn't say a word while we watched other tables have breakfast delivered to their table. After the waitress gave us our drinks we asked about a breakfast menu and that is when we were told they were no longer serving breakfast. While we were deciding whether to stay or not we continued watching other tables receive breakfast. We finally told the manager we would be leaving as we really wanted breakfast. Not sure why they were so strict on the breakfast time on a weekend but they lost our business for good.

We stopped at this casual restaurant on our way through Lubbock and received excellent service. Unfortunately, they were out of chicken fried dishes, so we opted for a club sandwich and a brisket sandwich with fries instead. Both sandwiches were delicious, and the fries were homemade.
