Im Gasthof Bathmann - Loxstedt

Stunned to see that it has average rating of 4.4 stars. The room was old with 2 small beds. Shaky furniture. Breakfast was included and was sort of OK. Felt really stupid for having to pay 171 euros for 1 night. Perhaps, it is a better place in a summer. Something, I will never find out.

The rooms are simple but spacious and with an excellent price, and also the continental breakfast is abundant, and served at the table. The nearby street is somewhat noisy but it is hardly heard in the back rooms; apart from this the hotel is situated in the middle of the nature and also has a nice garden. The restaurant is good generously serving German specialties, but the prices are quite high. There is a good salad buffet.

Again and again, we were more often at the Bathmann. Always felt very comfortable and the food was very delicious. So we'll be pampered with the Bathmann in the future.

Essen und Getränke: Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Nichts Besonderes, typische Hausmannskost. Es gibt ein Salatbuffet, Gemüse mit Sauce Hollandaise und sehr große Portionen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Service: 5, Lage: 4, Höhepunkte des Hotels: Ruhig.
