Great residents and clientele. Very relaxing and serene. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Wonderful shower facilities with liquid soap/shampoo provided. We booked a cabin. Wow! All the amenities that one could ask, was provided. Will definitely go back.Rooms: 5/5

Very relaxing, and accepting of everyone. Everyone is friendly. The pool is crystal clear, and the perfect temperature. They have areas with lounges that are in the shade, which is nice that you don't roast in the hot Florida sun. The Jacuzzi is huge, and hot, and was very relaxing. I did not hike any of the trails since I had a sore knee, but it appears that they have a nice amount of trails. Their web site has a coupon for a free first visit, so if you are unsure, it doesn't cost anything.

I wish I had better things to say about this place and I gave them options/time to make things right. The Condo J3 that I rented had standing moldy water in the air return on the ground floor and mold going up the walls of the air return to the furnace/AC, so the air being circulated through the house was Black Mold infused. They had multiple repair people come out 48-72 hrs after I made a complaint, but they purged the water and put a kitchen bowl down to catch the still leaking water. The water continued to leak over the bowl and water had already soaked under the flooring on the ground level and you could feel it move when you moved around. The carpet on the stairs and the second floor was stained, disgusting, and stunk like diapers mixed with vodka. The worst part of this is that the company made no effort to reply to the complaints, fix the issue, or compensate the conditions of the condo during our stay.
