The Coffee Pot - Lowestoft

I've always enjoyed this restaurant, but during my recent visit, the staff were not as friendly as I remembered from past visits. It also felt quite chilly, as the door was propped open on a cold, rainy day. My bacon roll arrived about ten minutes before my husband's breakfast, which was a bit confusing. However, I must say that the food was of good quality.

Delicious food at excellent prices, and the staff is wonderfully friendly. I highly recommend!

I realize that giving three stars may seem a bit harsh. I usually only review places that I really love. That said, this restaurant is quite good, but the kitchen smell is quite overwhelming. It has that strong odor of fried food that detracts from the overall experience. The food itself is tasty and reasonably priced; you can get a large baguette for just £3, which is a fantastic deal. The coffee is also fresh and delicious.

Charming café with a welcoming staff. I'm really pleased to hear that it will be reopening soon after the lockdown.

The staff is friendly, there's a wide variety of options on the menu, and they have outdoor seating available for those who smoke.
