Average road side Eatery. Stopped in the other morning. Have passed the place several times now and wondered........Place looks great and the staff were super friendly and helpful.<br/ <br/ For a breakfast, lunch and early dinner restaurant (they close by 7) we felt the menu was quite sparse. Especially as we wanted breakfast. There maybe only a handful of regular breakfast items on the menu. Noting we could not do every day at home. As a family we like Benny's when we eat out and Huevos etc. Here is was bacon, egg, hash browns and omelettes basically. <br/ <br/ The bread for toast was just regular sliced, preserves in those little sealed single portion containers, the hash browns were the shredded type just like you get in the big bags at Presidents Choice and were very salty. Eggs were small and yolks very pale. Probably cheapest eggs available.<br/ <br/ We really expected more of a homely food approach, home made bread and preserves etc. But it all seemed it came from Wal-Mart. <br/ <br/ Overall we'd rate it a 7 out of 10.

Friendly, courteous staff. Daily specials. Good sized meal and reasonably priced. Easy to get to.

Country cuisine. Rustc restaurant located just off hwy8, west of Lower Nicola. Down home cooking served in good size portions. Some compromises (salad dressing packets) that can be overlooked, and where do you find triangular burger buns?<br/ <br/ Staff are friendly and efficient. Prices reasonable.
