Przekaż informację zwrotnąBy far, the worst service I’ve ever experienced sadly. My sister mom and I ordered their famous Lobster Rolls and waited an hour. Meanwhile, the entire time we sat there so did their two employees in the table next to us. The male employee even fell asleep at some point. After about 45 mins of waiting we asked nicely and woke the man up about when the lobster rolls would be finished and both employees replied, “10 minutes” so we waited. After another 25 minutes of waiting we got up and asked again and the man replied, “oh you guys want a lobster roll?” We were so confused and showed him our receipt and said we had already paid and that’s what we were waiting on. I would understand if it was packed and busy and the ticket was lost but we were the only people there for over an hour. We were so looking forward to this place but ended up sweating our butts off for an hour outside waiting to ultimately never get our lobster rolls. We asked for a refund as we couldn’t possibly wait anymore in the heat. I love writing nice reviews and helping out local businesses but this was just the worst service I’ve ever had. I feel sorry for the owner paying these employees salaries with no work being done.
21$ plus taxes for a small sandwich without taste ,,,
