Wendy's - Lowell

I always tell them that Whondy knows best! The food is always prepared accurately according to our orders, and even for large orders, they get everything spot on. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and we can get in and out quickly.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant on Chelmsford Street in Lowell, MA. The staff member, Cash, was incredibly friendly and sweet. It’s wonderful to see someone so happy at work—it’s truly refreshing. I appreciate how easy they made my drive-thru visit with six kids, and the food was served hot! I give this place five stars!

The service is good and the team is great, but they should wear hair nets and focus more on cleanliness. I believe this could be a nice place.

Wow, half an hour in the car was around 19 o'clock. what a waste of time. this place has a speed slow. service that does not cut corners. you have to **** me. which service? don't waste your time and they have the command. how do they get a little soda when they order a Med size? incredible.

Lazy, lazy, lazy. they have closed the lobby will not serve them in the window when they are too foot. they have 7 or 8 employees and they don't want to work, say they don't have enough workers. I have counted at least 7 individual workers, the people are now a few days so lazy that they want to pay big, but they have the worst customer service ever.
