Moe's Southwest Grill - Lowell

The staff is quite rude, especially a heavyset woman. They serve the food in a careless manner, almost as if it’s meant for pigs. Additionally, they tend to argue with customers, and the male staff member is also unfriendly.

On March 31, 2023, at 8:45 PM, the staff informed me that they were closing because they had run out of meat. I found it amusing because I never even asked for any meat! I also missed out on the usual “WELCOME TO MOE'S” greeting.

I ordered the Home Wrecker Bowl today through GrubHub. Unfortunately, it was missing the queso I paid extra for, and now I’m dealing with food poisoning.

Asked for extra meat got half a spoon but the workers friends in front of me got 3 spoons of his meat of choice with not asking for no meat, when I called them out about my concern got an attitude but funny part is I speak the same language and understood everything. Very disappointing of how terrible this moes has gotten, used to be the best.

This place used to be good with generous portions. It is now super stingy with it's portions and they charge your extra for items that did not have any extra charge before they charged $1.99 extra for one measley spoon of guac on a salad. Let's just say, I will not be getting food there anymore. Not worth it!
