Fuse Bistro - Lowell

Quaint place with nice outdoor seating in the shade. Waitress was personable and was helpful. There are a good amount of drink options. Ordered a margarita an it was delish. Food menu was mainly burgers with nice lunch specials. I had a half salad for an app and a burger with fried jalapeños served with fries as my main dish. The burger could've used a but more flavor or zest but the dips helped. The salad was good. Was a great lowkey spot to enjoy the weather.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! We waited an hour and a half for our food. We were 1 of 3 tables, and the servers couldn’t even handle that. The restaurant was practically empty, so why did we have wait so long? The only thing the servers were doing was cleaning the damn tables instead of focusing on any of the customers. Do not come here unless you wanted to be pissed and hungry!!!

A nice little bistro in the heart of Lowell. The food is fantastic, and the beers on tap are great! They have an outside dog friendly patio! Absolutely a worth a try.

I had this place on my try this restaurant sometime list and while I was in the area today, stopped in for lunch. There 's paid street parking, but we didn 't have a problem finding a spot. The whole place had a cozy vibe to it, so I was already feeling good about my choice also shout out to the lovely woman who was running the whole front of house on her own (sorry I didn 't catch your name! .I ordered the Teriyaki Rice Bowl with Chicken and my partner wanted the Korean Steak and Cheese but they were sold out because it was so popular so he got the House Burger instead. The presentation on everything was beautiful and a fairly large portion size. Plus, more importantly, the food was delicious!! It came out from the kitchen piping hot and perfectly made they nailed cooking the burger to medium rare which some places have a hard time with. I took half of my large rice bowl home so I could eat it for dinner later today, and so I could have room for dessert. I don 't have dessert pictures (oops but we both ordered the daily special of a chocolate chip cookie sundae. The cookies were a little more crunchy than I was expecting, but the entire dessert was incredible and everything tasted (and was scratch made.I would totally recommend this place! And I would love to come back here sometime soon to try out their dinner menu.And they get bonus points because we shared our food pictures with my mom back home in Canada and she was super envious ?

Great low-key friendly place. Have recommended to friends already.
