Einstein Bros. Bagels - Lowell

It's a decent place with a variety of hot coffee options. The service is generally quick, and they manage to handle the line efficiently. However, I wouldn't recommend going there right when classes let out.

These women handle some of the highest customer volumes I've ever witnessed. There’s a line down the hall every hour, and they manage it effortlessly. I was in line with over 50 people, yet I still received my bagel in just 15 minutes, despite the fact that the bagels were coming out of the oven. The management and staff are outstanding.

About a year ago I wrote a review regarding the rudeness of staff but have since had the complete opposite experience with different (I think new) staff members. Haven't seen the rude ones in a long time so I don't think they work there anymore. The current staff couldn't be nicer, even when they're getting slammed with customers. Highly recommend, especially if you're on North Campus. They have almond milk for those who can't or don't want to consume dairy.

The bagels at this place are excellent. They occasionally run out of specific types later in the day, so if you have a favorite, it's best to arrive early. The smoothies are fantastic as well!

The food is outstanding, but the service tends to be a bit slow due to the café's small size.
