For about 10 years I've gone to the coffee place, since this year I've been working here! I have worked for different dunkins whole life, but this location is the best I have ever worked on! felicia is a manager; always attentive, not only her customers, but her employees every day, sweet, polite and understanding, everything she could ever wish in a manager, she is! she goes beyond and beyond every single day and is absolutely the heartbeat of this ortes! I hope she never goes!
