"The staff were not respectful. We placed an order for five people totaling $40, and they rushed to complete it. When we went to pick it up, they were very rude and we didn’t receive our order correctly; a sandwich was missing."
Service no good and people talk like a trash never come again
Slowest drive thru ive ever was in. thanks for making me late for the work.
This is your typical Dunkin' outlet for New England. It's a small location with just a few seating options for dining inside, but most people usually opt for takeout or the drive-thru. The drive-thru can be a bit cramped as it wraps tightly around the building. However, if you place your order in advance using the addictive mobile app and find no one ahead of you in line, it can be a quick and convenient way to grab something to eat. When it comes to pick-up, it really depends on your preferences. I’m aware that many Dunkin' fans swear by it, but I find their drinks and food to be mediocre and often diluted. I did try an ice cream with sweet cream topping that they promoted on the app, which was enough to entice me to make a trip back to Boston. Plus, the app frequently offers discounts and bonus points, encouraging you to return for more. However, I can't overlook the fact that the food is often sticky, bland, and generally unappealing. It's not a pleasant sight to see customers casually stuffing food into their mouths, either. Overall, it's a mixed bag—convenience is great, but the quality leaves much to be desired.
