' Have no knowledge of the previous owners or of 'Switchback Grill '. The place is still very rustic on the outside and the large 'Grill ' sign still exists in the parking lot. However, the new name is painted on the front of the building and it has received a fresh coat of lovely sand colored paint. Walking into the building, you are reminded of almost any fast food place. It was actually smaller than I expected There are 5/6 tables that seat 4 people and one table that seats 2 people. The cook staff is also the wait staff. So, although you are brought a menu and your order is brought to the table, often times you need to get your own drink refill and walk up to the counter to pay your bill. Taking into consideration these are newbies, I consider these things just a learning stage while they get organized. They now serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mon Thur hours are 7am 7pm. Fri Sat hours are 7am 8pm. The lunch menu was extensive (lots of hamburger choices), Hoagies, etc. Our party of two ordered the Hoagie BLT with fries. The fries were hand cut, fresh, piping hot, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. TO DIE FOR!! The BLT was HUGE. A true Hoagie, that was mouthwatering good, with half (including fries) that will be dinner. LOL I believe this establishment has the chance of becoming a great place to eat. All it will take is some fine tuning and they will fine. I 'll be back and I do recommend.

' Having no knowledge of the previous owners or of 'Switchback Grill ', the place is still very rustic on the outside and the 'Grill ' sign still exists in the parking lot (soon to disappear forever). However, the new business name is painted boldly on the front of the building and the building has been painted a lovely southwestern color. Walking into the diner, you are reminded of almost any fast food place. Probably one of my favorite places to go when we could catch it open! It's still good under the new management! They've got delicious fresh cut fries and home made cheese sticks! They've got plenty of options for any picky eater burgers, chicken, salads, soups, etc.
Great sandwiches! Try the the Rueben it's really tasty. The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired but that's made up in large part by the good food and the friendly service.
Great food and service. Got a great burger and amazing onion rings
