Ziggi's Coffee - Loveland

I always love when my coffee comes with a coffee bean on top. The staff is friendly and always provides excellent recommendations if you're looking to try something different.

If I could I would not even give you a star at all. I went through a drive thru ordered 2 drinks and the girl at the pay window scanned my app, applied my rewards toward my orders but I wanted to save for the next time (she RUDELY said well you can?t Anyways long story short I asked for my refund and another (RUDE girl came by she told me ?well, you just need to call this number (she gave me and deal with them and they don?t have time to deal with me worse customer service EVER!!!!! Anyways I called the number they gave me and told them what had happened and the lady on the other line told me they can?t do anything for me, I would have to take it up with the restaurant that I had the problem at. Anyways, the moral of the story is that they took my reward without my permission and there?s nothing else they can do for me. Terrible staffs , I will never return to that location!!!!! Train your staffs better and learn what customers service is: Thank you

The staff at this restaurant should be given raincoats! Hopefully they will receive warm clothing for the future weather. Despite that, I really enjoy this place! I visit with my sister almost daily and we love it. They always give us light ice as requested. They did accidentally use my rewards one time when I didn't want them to, but I figured out how to turn that off in my app. It was easy! Overall, I recommend this place but suggest the staff be provided with appropriate outdoor wear for the weather.

BEST coffee place in town. Any one of this Ziggis is well worth it!! My favorite so far is fireside blended with 2 extra shots of espresso. Seriously, if you haven't tried it, go!!

The service at Ziggi's was incredible and they have a great variety of drinks. It was my first time there and Jenna was very helpful. She recommended the Raspberry Truffle blended drink and it was amazing! It was delicious and perfect for a hot day. Jenna's exceptional customer service is a shining example for others in the industry.
