Upon the driver's return, they provided us with freshly made fries and new ranch dressing, but unfortunately, we still only received one out of the four orders of wings we had requested. I called the manager again, but he was quite rude during the conversation. When I went to the restaurant myself to resolve the issue, they finally handed over the three missing orders of wings. By that time, the rest of our food had gone cold sitting at home. Throughout this experience, no one offered an apology or even communicated with us, except for the girl at the counter who simply asked for my name. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. As the owner of a restaurant just a few blocks away, I would never treat customers in such a manner. If any of my staff handled an order this poorly, they would be immediately fired. This was truly the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

My partner and I are newcomers to the area, and we opted to visit this charming little wing shack. Everything was served hot and fresh, and the customer service was exceptional! I would rate this place 9.99 out of 10. It would easily be a perfect 10 if the location were a bit more accessible. I also want to give a shoutout to Isaiah, who assisted me several times. He let me know about the deals and options available, and he was extremely helpful.

We came in and were greeted by Jess, the service and attitude was absolutely beyond expectations. Little did the staff know we came here for the wife’s birthday and the service really was great, Jess was a sweetheart and the rest of the staff was helpful and smiling. This is why we love this place despite the food always being on point

We come here whenever we want wings. It’s the place to go for sure! Sutton was awesome and very attentive for our large order.
