Wendy's - Loveland

McDonald's is usually our go-to for breakfast, but we decided to try Wendy's today. We were not disappointed. The biscuits were delicious and the spiced potatoes were hot and fresh, but maybe not the best choice for breakfast. Overall, a satisfying experience.

I recently visited this restaurant for the third time and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo, which never disappoints. I also decided to try an extra spicy sandwich, but it turned out to be just average. Both sandwiches only had mayo on them, and it wouldn't have been hard to add lettuce and tomato. Despite my disappointment, I needed to share my experience as I did not even receive a receipt with my order.

This restaurant is the worst place I have ever ordered food from. From finding a hair in my meal to getting my orders wrong repeatedly. I will be reporting them to health and safety and their corporate office. Do not eat here!

I usually love this place but the last several times I ordered from here I have been missing something. Last time it was one of my drinks. Before that it was salad dressing, straws, and little things like that. I work food service so I know it can happen but it is becoming habit. Something needs to change.

How often does one rate a fast food place but I got to say I've been coming to this one for 5 years now and have never had to wait on food and the folks are always so nice at both windows and they always say have a nice day and I really like that.
