Subway - Loveland

I loved it! we needed a cup and bought a sammy, the other one free. the actress took her time to make our seedlings as if it were her own(. I wish I knew her name) huge shout?! very good! it was super fresh and super good. real customer service and we were very satisfied?. gratitude

Sandwich was bomb, but the service was bad: I wait for a really long time for this child without it being greeted or said what is going on, and he did not want to be there and idk why, but goddd was slow to make my sandwich. but. he made that sandwich so good and I was afraid that they would tell me that I couldn't bring my dog in, but he didn't even say hello so idc! ghetto<great food and i get to bring my dog

Staff was unfriendly, and unmotivated. Food had clearly been sitting out for too long. The spinach on my sandwich was bad and I ended up throwing the food out.

Worst subway experience I have had. Went in with my family today, and were appalled. Don't go here!!! First, the staff were very unfriendly. The first girl taking our orders did not smile once. I understand customer service is hard. But my family and I are very kind and tried to make up for others. Even so, this girl would not meet us halfway. She was rude and glared at us, and her responses where curt, like she was annoyed with us. While she was rude, her coworker was completely unresponsive. He burnt my moms sandwich and when she commented, he just stared at her and did nothing. So my mom went with it and couldn't bite into her sandwich later it was so hard. Last, I heard while we were paying that the spinach had gone bad! My poor brother ordered a sandwich with spinach and it smelled while we unwrapped it. They served us rotten food knowingly. He couldn't eat it. There are other minor things that happened, but I won't go into it. We will not go back here again
