Maui Wowi Coffee Smoothies - Loveland

My daughter and I stopped by after running some errands. I ordered the Cappuccino Honu, and my daughter had the Wistful Waikiki. My drink was delicious, and in my three-year-old's words, hers was "cold and nice"! They even gave me a punch card, and I'm sure I'll be back to use it!

**Date: 8/30/2022** During my latest visit, they successfully sorted out their billing system and accepted my gift certificate. The coffee was excellent and full of flavor. I was particularly impressed by the outstanding customer service this time; the barista was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She even offered me a punch card and explained their extra stamp Sundays. I can't praise them enough for this experience. **Previous Experience: 8/23/2022** Unfortunately, my prior visit was disappointing due to poor customer service. I tried to use a gift card, but it was not accepted. It's baffling that a restaurant would sell gift cards that can't be used. I was offered no solutions—just a statement that the system wouldn't accept them. There was no option to exchange it, and no indication of when the gift cards would be usable again. Overall, it was not a good experience.

So I ordered a coffee and the lid was not on Tight enough when I went to put it in my cupholder the lid popped offf spilling scorching hot coffee all over my hand hand and burnt it and as well all over my car. I waited about one minute trying to get the girls attention in the hut so I could have napkins to dry coffee thats was burning off of my hand and middle counsel. This was definitely not a great experience for it being the first time I have visited the place.

I've visited this place twice now. The first time, I stopped in for a quick Americano, which was nearly perfect! I usually enjoy my coffee black and unsweetened, but on a hot day, I decided to try a frozen cappuccino with half the syrup. It turned out to be just the right amount of sweetness and exactly what I was craving. Each time I've been there, the staff has been friendly and professional!

Easy to access drive thru drink stop. My go to hot drink is an Americano and my fave iced drink is a Chai. It was delicious! And the staff were so fun and wonderful.
