I wish I could give this place zero stars because it was the worst experience I've ever had. The manager was incredibly rude, and I didn’t feel like she wanted to help at all. We didn't receive all of our orders with the delivery, and all they said was that we could come and pick it up ourselves. We paid for delivery, and a decent manager would have been more helpful and courteous. It seems that KFC doesn’t care about their customers, as I've had the same negative experience in Cheyenne, with no response or improvement!
I went to this restaurant for dinner, specifically wanting extra crispy chicken. After a brief wait, I was informed that I could only get a half-and-half option (extra crispy original). I said that wasn’t acceptable, and there was no further response. When I asked how long it would take, I was told it would be a 45-minute wait. I expressed my frustration, and I could hear two voices on the intercom responding sarcastically. Not the most professional behavior. This isn't the first time I've had to leave their drive-thru; it's happened at least three other times. You'd think that at 6 PM they would have enough chicken ready to meet demand. I genuinely hope this KFC goes out of business and gets replaced by a better drive-thru chicken restaurant. I will never return here and will make sure to warn others about their terrible customer service!
I've tried this restaurant about half a dozen times over the past two years. Out of the five times my wife and I ordered pot pies, they only had two of them ready on one occasion. They also refuse to honor corporate advertised specials if you order in person instead of online. During our last visit, we faced a 25-minute wait just to get any chicken. We're done with this location.
When you go to a place like KFC, you expect to get your chicken quickly, not to wait 30 to 45 minutes in the drive-thru. Issues like staffing shortages and insufficient product supply indicate poor management and training. Having to ask for items that should be included in your order is unacceptable. I might have understood if it happened only once, but each time I've visited this location, it's the same story: they're out of this or that, or they claim certain items aren't on the menu. If it's not actually available, then it shouldn't be listed on the menu at all! I'm very dissatisfied and won't be returning anytime soon.
