I can't believe I waited so long to try this place! The kolaches are fantastic and fairly priced. If you're a fan of breakfast sandwiches, these are like a gourmet version of them. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients they use. The sweet varieties are also delicious. I highly recommend it!

I’ve spent my entire life in Texas, which means I’ve tried plenty of kolaches. I can genuinely say these are the best I’ve ever had. They offer fantastic non-meat options like green chili egg, mushroom brie, and pizza—absolutely delicious! The owners are incredibly kind, and the atmosphere of the shop is warm and inviting. We absolutely love coming here!

Until I moved to Colorado over 15 years ago, I lived in Texas almost my entire life, just down the street from several bakeries that sold kolaches. They are a breakfast staple in Houston. I agree with another reviewer, I can honestly say that these kolaches are the best I have ever had. My parents, who recently moved here as well, told me the same thing. Plus, the owners are super friendly! I think we will easily be making a weekly order from Just a Pinch.
