It appears that the establishment is reducing employee hours to save money, resulting in longer wait times for customers. I waited approximately 10 minutes for a West Coast burger and a shake. The burger was drenched in sauce, forcing me to only eat half of it. The shake had syrup dripping down the side of the cup, making for a sticky drive home.
What is going on with Good Times? I’ve been eating here for the past 5 years and loved the food! Over the last 6 months the quality has been mostly, just ok. But, 3 days ago my burger was very soggy, flattened and the meat tasted old and unseasoned. The fries were not fresh and barely warm! I will try again in a few months but it won’t be easy. I hope reviews like this will be a red flag to the owner. Prices are higher everywhere but only good quality will bring us back! This WAS such a good place ?
I have never written a negative review before, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. My wife and I frequent this fast food establishment, as it is one of the few we enjoy. Typically, the food and service are satisfactory. However, during my most recent visit, I was extremely disappointed. Despite living just a few minutes away, the two chicken sandwiches I ordered were severely smashed and the buns were soggy. The shakes we purchased were not filled to the top and lacked sufficient content. When I contacted the store to address my concerns, the manager was dismissive and argumentative, insisting that the toaster, not her, had smashed the buns. As a former business owner and customer service professional, I found her behavior unacceptable. This encounter soured my experience further, as she hung up on me mid-conversation. I plan to file a formal complaint with the corporate office. The unsatisfactory service, unprofessional behavior, and lack of cleanliness have led to the decision that my wife and I will not return to this establishment. My hope is that by sharing this review, others may avoid similar experiences.

I wouldn't recommend using their mobile app as they only prioritize orders from the drive-thru. I had a mobile order that was marked as ready for pick up, but ended up waiting in the front of the restaurant for 20 minutes while being ignored by the staff in the kitchen. They informed me that they only attend to mobile orders when there are no customers in the drive-thru, so setting a pickup time through the app is essentially useless.
