Domino's Pizza - Loveland

Great service! My husband orders from there every week, and they always get his order right.

I placed an order on a busy Friday evening (5/1) around 6:00 PM and decided to switch from delivery to curbside pickup. The man I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and made the change without any issues. He was very polite and answered all my questions. On 5/3, when I checked my bank account, I noticed that I had been charged twice. This was expected since the payment needed to be processed when I made the switch from delivery to curbside. I called around 9:40 AM on 5/3 and was greeted by a very friendly woman. I explained the situation to her, and she was very knowledgeable, informing me that it could take up to 72 business hours for my refund to process. She was exceptionally kind and helpful. Plus, the pizza we ordered was really delicious!

The staff at this location was outstanding! The pizzas were ready for pickup as soon as I arrived, having been prepared in advance. The restaurant was impressively clean and well-organized, and the team worked very efficiently. The best part was that each pizza was made to perfection! We ordered four pizzas and a chicken Alfredo for our family dinner. A big thank you to the Domino's Pizza team!

Amazing experience! Although there was a mix-up with my order, the staff handled it exceptionally well. After preparing my pizza, they generously gave it to me for free, added a credit for another complimentary pizza to my account, and even provided a coupon for yet another one. Thanks to their error, I ended up with three free pizzas! This Domino's at Thompson Valley Center in Loveland, CO, truly stands out!
