Cocoa Bites - Loveland

I ordered an assortment of goodies by phone as a surprise for my sister, as this is their favorite place for desserts. Cocoa bite never disappoints! They made a nice selection for them and were friendly enough to provide it the next day. Thank you.

I have been biting several times in Cocoa and recently ordered a white chocolate raspberry cake For the bridal shower of my daughter Last weekend and as always it was so good, all put together and ask where I got it, they said it was the best cake they ever tasted. I love going to the store, it's so sweet. Thanks for the bride shower wonderful

I can't even explain how amazing my experience with Cocoa Bites was! I sent them a Facebook message at 4:11 to ask if they reveal 1 dozen sex cupcakes ready this evening. Pretty unrealistic question of being completely honest, but I tried every bakery I could find as it was a last minute idea. At 4:26 I thanked them for accepting my order! I could not believe that they reacted so quickly, but I was shocked that they accepted my order with only a 12-hour window from the request for pickup. I even changed the icing/filling details halfway through the day, and they went beyond and beyond to make sure these cupcakes were perfect! Not only was their customer service absolutely excellent, but the cupcakes were amazing!!! And I just had vanilla cupcakes with basic filling and white icing. Nothing nice. I can't even imagine how delicious some of their special cupcakes are! I will definitely come my cupcakes here baby shower time, and if I want a Lol. That was really the best experience I've ever had when I bought from any kind! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cocoa Bites, and HIGHLY recommend, all give them an attempt!

Do yourself a favor and go get a piece of key lime pie and change your life it is the best i have ever had …. and their cherry bar??? it is to die for !! best bakery around

I have been a walk-in customer for years, and I’ve always loved Cocoa Bites’ cupcakes. They offer mini and full size cupcakes in a variety of flavors (as well as a delicious assortment of other goodies , and let me tell you, they are all amazing. But that is not what compelled me to write this review. Last weekend was my daughter’s Sweet 16, and we had placed an order weeks in advance for three dozen cupcakes at a competitor’s shop, simply because I knew they offered key lime cupcakes and the bday girl wanted key lime. The morning of her party, I arrived at the competitor’s shop only to find them unable to fulfill the order. They cited workers calling off and a bunch of other excuses (like baking until midnight, but not our order , and I bought a few things from their case just so I had something to share with my guests. I was disappointed to say the least. I got in the car and frantically called Cocoa Bites, hoping that they had enough cupcakes available that they would allow me to purchase. They said they could certainly help me out. When I arrived, they were stocked with so many wonderful options, and they took such great care of us! They made my birthday girl feel extra special. Though they didn’t have key lime cupcakes on hand, they told me that they could do a special request like that as long as they had some notice (maybe next year! . They did have key lime pie, and I was able to buy the whole pie. It was the best we’ve ever had. We left with two huge boxes of cupcakes, each prettier and more delicious than the last. The guests were so impressed. Favorites were blackberry, hot fudge sundae, and opera cream, but they were all so good. The shop is beautiful and everything is so delicious. More importantly, those two ladies are doing a great job making things special for all their customers. My only regret is not asking if they did special orders like key lime cupcakes ahead of time. Now that I know, I’m a lifetime loyal customer for any occasion. Can’t recommend them enough!
