This Chipotle was well-maintained and offered a wide range of fresh food options, with everything visibly clean in the food area. The employees were cheerful, accommodating, and wore the appropriate personal protective equipment. I appreciate their commitment to cleanliness and safety. Additionally, this location is adhering to all current social distancing guidelines. Great job!

The food is great, and it's quite popular with diners. The staff could be a bit quicker, but overall, it's not a bad place to eat.

The ordering process is quick and easy, and the staff is very friendly. They ensure that napkins and utensils are included in the bag without needing to be asked. The food is fresh and delicious.

The portions are very small and the prices are extremely high. They don't even offer discounts for military personnel or first responders. When I inquired about this, the staff member was quite rude. I definitely won’t be returning, especially considering that a small side of guacamole costs $8. I spent $40 on a mini burrito and a bowl that was nearly empty, even after requesting extra meat, which still ended up being just enough to feed a bird.

We have always enjoyed Chipotle for its great taste and quality, but unfortunately, our last three visits have been disappointing. On one occasion, around 6 PM, a staff member informed us that they couldn't serve us fajita veggies because they were reserving them for online orders. This is quite frustrating—should we really have to place an online order just to get the fajita veggies? It doesn’t make sense, especially during dinner rush when the restaurant is still open. We're very disappointed with both the decline in quality and the poor customer service, and as a result, we've decided to stop dining at Chipotle.
