However, I wish they were more generous with the sauces, especially the spicy three pepper edition at Arby's. I find it frustrating that they are so strict about giving out sauces, even if you order 10 sandwiches and only ask for 2 extra. Customers still pay for these extras, so it would be nice if they were a bit more accommodating.
The food was fresh and the worker at the drive-thru was very friendly.
I haven't had Arby's in years, but decided to try their beef sandwich. I was disappointed to learn that they had replaced their potato cakes with curly fries. I prefer potato cakes, but I decided to try the beef n Cheddar sandwich anyway. It was delicious! The young girl, Kara Lynn, was very friendly and attentive. She made sure my order was correct. Arby's should definitely hire more employees like Kara Lynn. Thank you!
You could say they were short staff, but they were really around to do the job!!! Kudos to staff!!! Our food was hot and fresh!
Drive-thru worker was fantastic. Food and service are always great here.
