La Calade de Lourmarin

This little cafe is well worth seeking out in the back lanes of Lourmarin .We had a great welcome from the ladies that run it and although our french was rusty they were full of smiles and made our time there really pleasant.There is a small menu, but all home made and presented with artistry and care .We had 2 different tarts , wonderful pastry and a beautiful salad. The local wine was great , also the bowl of dressing for our salads.We loved the setting in a shady courtyard away from the bustle of the main street. This was a great find and the most enjoyable meal we had on our holiday. .

Lovely, calm place where you can drink a nice cup of tea, far from the otherwise busy streets. As it was quite hot that day, we enjoyed some cold teas sitting in the small patio.

Very nice quiet place away from the market and the tourists. We had the Quiche and the seasonal vegetable tarte. Comes with a lovely salad. House wine. Bread on the table. A perfect place for a nice quiet lunch.

Carte courte et simple. Assiettes de quiches très bonnes et généreuses.Petite terrasse ombragée et calme.Tarifs très corrects. Une bonne surprise à Lourmarin.

Un petit restaurant niché dans un magnifique village du Lubéron... Le temps s'arrête, le décor tout en pierre vous invite à un moment de détente avec les chants des cigales... L'accueil à été très sympathique & le repas succulent.. Le tout pour 18€ !!!
