Good and Hot ,Buns were soft haven't had them like that at this location in a long time

Never in my life has a White Castle taken this long to fill an order. Zero excuses could explain anything more than a 5 minute wait… It’s FAST food. I have not been in daytime. So if management sees this. PLEASE fire every night time employee, they are worthless. It’s so sad this has happened even once let alone continually. You can’t get an easier job and they can’t even do it right…sad!

Worst store in louisville they will take care of the whole drive through line before Togo orders and walk in. Close this store!

Slow service, but when you want a white castle, nothing else will

Not the fastest drive thru. Not the slowest either. The slider's were on point. Very good.
