The Fuelery And Cafe

I stopped in to have a quick salad and ended up staying to work. It was delicious and I was able to focus while I finished my chai latte. Definitely recommend!

Today was my first time eating with The Fuelery, and I got takeout. The order was correct, and let me mention... ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Although Google listed their prices incorrectly, Chef Devin marked down our bill and refunded the difference of said incorrect price. Overall this experience has been fabulous and I will be visiting the Fuelery again in the near future because of their delicious, healthy menu options and the wonderful service. I appreciate chefs who care about the quality of their food. Nice job!

Being new to town, we have made a point to try different restaurants as much as we can. Our new number one is The Fuelery. We stopped there today for lunch and were blown away. The buffalo chicken sandwich and the caesar salad were incredible: unique, fresh, and delicious takes on very popular menu items. That said, nothing compared to the risotto! It was full of flavor combinations and textures that came together perfectly. We will be back many times, and this will be an easy choice anytime we take visitors out in Louisville. Do yourself a favor, try their menu as soon as possible; it will rotate and you do not want to miss what they have to offer now.

We stumbled across this gem of a restaurant while visiting Louisville and it was fantastic. Great food made with great, fresh ingredients and with a masterful hand. The owner and chef at great and provided excellent service all around. I HIGHLY recommend this Café if you like excellent food that's excellent for you.

I was just in there for the first time on a rainy kind of miserable day. I ordered the fig,brussels, and kale salad. It was, not arguably,the best salad I have ever had. So much flavor, excellent texture, perfect mix of ingredients. It was beautifully put together even though you ultimately had to put it in a to go box for me. Totally turned my day around. The coffee was wonderful too. Can't wait to go back and try the whole menu.
