Really slow which leads to alot of people waiting inside so it’s extremely crowded. The drinks are usually not made

I come to this location all the time, and I don’t order complicated drinks but for some reason today I get DOUBLE charged because I ordered 2 of the same drinks, as usual, and because they messed up I have to pay for my second drink again and it still comes out wrong after explaining to the lady at the window what I had ordered originally.I ordered a GRANDE nitro cold brewGRANDE VENTI ICE COFFEE W/vanilla extra cream. None of these items came out correct!!!!!
