I come to this Starbucks everyday order the same drink for the past 5 weeks but yet it is constantly made wrong to the point that?s the service is declining rapidly at this location . If you want good customer service and your drink made properly this is not the place to purchase from very disappointed that I have to drive 20 min to the next city just for my drink to be made properly and be treated with courtesy and respect. I spend around $15.00 a day 6 days a week at Starbucks you do the math no one wants to be treated with impatience and be handed the wrong drink after spending hundreds of dollars at a establishment.
The mobile order took 40 minutes to make while we waited inside the baristas took no time to make sure mobile orders were being made. I had to ask twice to start my drinks. And the one guy asked me my name and started working on my drinks right away. I would say it was okay customer service.

This was an absolute miss. The lady who took our order was not very friendly, and we ended up waiting over a half hour for two sandwiches. Not only that, when we finally got our order, they placed the openings in opposite directions, cousins one of the sandwiches to fall to the floor. The sandwiches were okay, but the service was zero-star.
