HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you don't like your job then quit. THEY CAN NEVER get the food correct to order. Forget asking for a special order because it won't be correct, they are always missing something out of my order. And lastly, chocolate syrup doesn't go in an Iced Caramel Macchiato. Id rather drive down Dixie to the BETTER McDonald's until this one gets new management.

Great employees, funny, and serviced us very pleasantly. The restaurant had been clean and smelled amazing.

I got breakfast here this morning threw the drive thru 04/04/24. The Staff was so pleasant and extremely polite, no one acted like they got offended cause I asked for my bagel to be made fresh, they were great. The food was great, the burrito was actually full, there is definitely a great staff working at this location in the morning. Think I am going to have to drive just a little further to them in the mornings from now on as the one I live across the street from in PRP is terrible now. The McDonald's in PRP could use some training from the employees at this store. You all started my day off great!!!!! Thank you for the great service you provided this morning.

I dont know why I bother going here. Every time I think its going to be different im once again let down. The owners of this one and the one on greenwood must only hire the most incompetent people dixie hwy has to offer.
