The wait for the food was quite long, but next time I’ll make sure to order in advance. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. However, I did think there could have been a few more plantains. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'm looking forward to coming back to try the jerk chicken. I had the oxtails, which came with three sides: plantains, cabbage, and rice and beans.

This restaurant serves the best oxtails in Louisville! Be sure to get there early, as they often sell out. Don't miss out on trying every side dish and a fresh juice—it's worth it! The jerk chicken is absolutely delicious and will have you singing its praises! I highly recommend this place, giving it a perfect 10/10! The customer service is fantastic and the service is impressively quick.

The jerk chicken here is absolutely amazing! I stopped by late on a Saturday after hearing some friends rave about it, although they hadn't had the chance to try it themselves. The people running the food truck are really friendly, and they serve up some incredibly delicious chicken. The jerk seasoning had just the right amount of spice, and the meat was so tender it practically fell off the bone. The sides of cabbage and rice with peas were quite good as well. I will definitely be returning!
